We are looking for a passionate and experienced Piano Instructor to join our music education team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in piano performance and pedagogy, and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching students of all ages and skill levels. As a Piano Instructor, you will be responsible for developing individualized lesson plans, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment, and helping students achieve their musical goals. The Piano Instructor will work with students in one-on-one or small group settings, either in-person or online, depending on the needs of the program. You will assess each student’s current skill level, set achievable goals, and provide constructive feedback to support their progress. In addition to technical instruction, you will also introduce students to music theory, sight-reading, and performance techniques. We value instructors who are patient, communicative, and adaptable, with the ability to inspire and motivate students. You should be comfortable working with beginners as well as more advanced pianists, and be able to tailor your teaching style to suit different learning preferences. A strong understanding of classical repertoire is essential, and familiarity with other genres such as jazz, pop, or contemporary music is a plus. In this role, you will also be expected to prepare students for recitals, competitions, and examinations, as applicable. You may be asked to participate in faculty meetings, contribute to curriculum development, and collaborate with other music educators to enhance the overall learning experience. This is a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated musician who wants to make a meaningful impact through education. If you are committed to nurturing musical talent and helping students grow in confidence and skill, we encourage you to apply.
